1 What We Estimate Will Cost You

Our estimate for the cost of the two-and-half day reunion is US$330 per person. That includes the kick-off dinner ($60), two days of Reunion activities ($270 for tours, one lunch and two dinners), and contribution to honoring our teachers who come, and paying for the conference room.

Please pay ASAP if you have not done so. See #3 below.

The Saturday lunch is not included in the above.

Hotel accommodation is extra, and you settle it with the hotel directly. For example, if you stay for three nights (Friday Aug. 7 check-in, Monday Aug. 10 check-out), your total hotel bill (including tax) is $183.12 per person based on double occupancy, plus any incidentals you may incur.

3 Payment

Your registration payment consists of $60 per person attending the kick-off dinner, plus $270 per person attending the Sat/Sun Reunion activities. For example, if you and your spouse will attend the kick-off dinner, but only you will join the Sat/Sun activities, your registration payment is 2*$60 + $270 = US$390. This is only a target; we may need to adjust with a checkpoint at mid-June. At any time before the Reunion, if you paid up and for some reason had to cancel, we will refund you.

Please accompany payment with your full name and (for ladies who go by married surnames) your maiden surname.
