Welcome to the Bay Area. The seven of us residing here have come up with a program still evolving. Much of it we model after the success of immediately preceding reunions, in Vancouver and Australia. Here’s a broad picture.

Reunion09 is set to kick off with a dinner on Friday, 7th August 2009, followed by two full days of touring and reunion meetings in the evening. The center of activities and lodging is in Emeryville, a growing city next to Oakland, and accessible to San Francisco by public transportation.

• It will be your best support for us

• It will help our planning tremendously in terms of negotiating for dinner locations and bus coach contracts

• You can cancel your Reunion registration with full refund anytime

• You can cancel your hotel booking as late as 1 day prior to scheduled arrival and still not incur cancellation penalties.
