Room Rate

There has been some confusion about hotel rates. Here's what Julie found out. You can either book directly with the hotel, or through the SPCC66 Reunion website. All rates here are pre-tax (12%) single of double occupancy.

$109 (per room per night) with breakfast for four (or whatever deal you could find. There's even $79.20 for "Full Payment in Advance, Non-refundable")

(b) Through SPCC66 (See Hotel Booking below)

$99 without breakfast (= $12.99 pp + about 10% tax)

So do your own optimization. When the two are awash, choose the SPCC66 website so we have stronger bargaining power with getting a big conference room for our meeting.

Please arrange your own hotel booking directly with the hotel.

Parking

Hotel parking for house guests is free. Pay at the gate and have the ticket validated at the Reception by quoting SPCC66.

Shoulder periods

If you want to stay at the same hotel before or after the reunion, these “shoulder” periods can be booked at the same rate of US $99 (plus 12% tax).

Cancellation

Hotel cancellation policy is very liberal. You can cancel one day prior to your scheduled arrival and still not incur cancellation penalties.
